    • Application Store: the digital distribution service operated and developed by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) or Google Inc. (Google Play Store) from which the Application has been downloaded

    • Cookies: small files that are placed on Your computer, mobile device, or any other device by a website, containing the details of Your browsing history on that website among its many uses

    • Country: North Carolina, United States

    • Device: any device that can access Our Products or Services; such as a computer, a cellphone, or a digital tablet

    • In-app Purchase: the purchase of digital Products or Services within the Application

    • Intellectual Property: all patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights; including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, logos, and software, owned by the Company and used in its Products or Services

    • Personal Data: any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual

    • Product: any item created and owned by Free To Be Limitless LLC (website, mobile apps, courses, digital products, events, etc.)

    • Service: any service offered by the Company related to its Products

    • Service Provider: any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to Third Party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate Products and Services, to provide Products and Services on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to Products and Services, or to assist the Company in analyzing how Products or Services are used

    • Third Party: any individual, entity, or organization that is not a party to this Privacy Policy and is not directly involved in the primary relationship between the Company and the User. This may include, but is not limited to: external service providers or vendors that the Company, other users of Products or Services, technical infrastructure providers that enable the operation of Products or Services

    • Usage Data: data collected automatically, either generated by the use of Products and Services or from Products and Services infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit)

    • You: ("User", "You", or "Your") the individual accessing or using Products or Services offered by the Company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using Products or Services, as applicable

2. COLLECTING AND USING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

A. Types of Data Collected

a. Personal Data:
While You use Our Products and Services, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

    • Email address

    • First name and last name

    • Phone number

    • Address, City, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code

b. Usage Data:
Usage Data is collected automatically when using Products or Services. Usage Data may include information such as (but not limited to):

    • Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)

    • Your Device type and operating system

    • the time and date of Your visit

    • the time spent on those pages

B. Use of Your Personal Data

To contact You: To contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication; such as a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates; or informative communications related to the functionalities, products, or contracted Products and Services, including security updates when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.

  5. To provide You with news, special offers and general information about other Products and Services which We offer that are similar to those that You have already purchased or inquired about; unless You have opted not to receive such information.

  6. To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.

  7. For business transfers: We may use Your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by Us about Our Products and Services Users is among the assets transferred.

C. Sharing of Your Personal Data

  4. With business partners: We may share Your information with Our business partners to offer You certain Products, Services, or promotions.

D. Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with Our legal obligations (for example, if We are required to retain Your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce Our legal agreements and policies. The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Products and Services, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

E. Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. F. Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You. Our Products and Services may give You the ability to delete certain information about You from within the Products and Services. You may update, amend, or delete Your information at any time by signing in to Your Account, if You have one, and visiting the account settings section that allows You to manage Your personal information. You may also contact Us to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that You have provided to Us. Please note, however, that We may need to retain certain information when We have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.

G. Disclosure of Your Personal Data

a. Personal Data:
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
b. Law enforcement:
Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

3. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our Products and Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers. If We need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information and Your country requires consent from a parent, We may require Your parent's consent before We collect and use that information.

4. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a Third Party link, You will be directed to that Third Party's site. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any Third Party sites or their operations.

5. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy or its terms related to Our Products and Services at any time at Our discretion. When We do, We will revise the updated date at the top of this page. We will also notify You through the contact information You have provided. An updated version of this Privacy Policy will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revision unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of Our Products and Services after the effective date of the revised Privacy Policy (or such other act specified at that time) will constitute Your consent to those changes.

6. GOVERNING LAW

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Your use of Our Products and Services and any dispute arising out of such use is subject to the laws of North Carolina, United States. If You are accessing Our Products and Services from outside the United States, please be aware that Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where Our servers and central database are located. By using Our Products and Services and providing information to Us, You consent to abide by the laws of North Carolina, United States, which might not be as comprehensive or protective as laws in the country where You live.
