1. INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS
A. Interpretation:
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of these Terms of Use:

Cookies: small files that are placed on Your computer, mobile device, or any other device by a website, containing the details of Your browsing history on that website among its many uses
Intellectual Property: all patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, logos, and software, owned by the Company and used in it Products and Services
Product: any item created and owned by Free To Be Limitless LLC (website, mobile apps, courses, digital products, events, etc.)
Third Party: any individual, entity, or organization that is not a party to these Terms of Use and is not directly involved in the primary relationship between the Company and the User. This may include, but is not limited to: external service providers or vendors that the Company, other users of the Products or Services, technical infrastructure providers that enable the operation of the Products or Services
You: ("User", "You", or "Your") the individual accessing or using Products and Services offered by the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Products or Services, as applicable
2. PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
A. Products and Services
You may purchase products and services on the Company’s website or through the Application (in-app purchase). Your purchases of Products and Services are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue any Products or Services without notice.
B. Subscriptions
Some parts of Products or Services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance for recurring and periodic payments (such as daily, weekly, monthly, or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing the subscription. At the end of each payment period, Your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless the subscription is canceled by Your or the Company.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Company’s Products, Services, and their original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Country and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.
4. USER FEEDBACK
You assign all rights, title, and interest in any Feedback You provide the Company. If for any reason such assignment is ineffective, You agree to grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, disclose, sub-license, distribute, modify and exploit such Feedback without restriction. You agree that all Feedback You provide to the Company shall become the sole and exclusive property of the Company; the Company will own all related rights, and You will not be compensated for Your feedback.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use Products or Services, Third Party software and/or Third Party hardware used with Products or Services, or otherwise in connection with any provision of these Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.
6. "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" DISCLAIMER
The Company’s Products and Services are provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to Products and Services, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice.
Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that Products and Services will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.
Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Company nor any of the company's provider makes any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the operation or availability of Products and Services, or the information, content, and materials or products included thereon; (ii) that Products and Services will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through Products and Services; or (iv) that Products and Services, their servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on behalf of the Company are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, timebombs or other harmful components.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain types of warranties or limitations on applicable statutory rights of a consumer, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to You. But in such a case the exclusions and limitations set forth in this section shall be applied to the greatest extent enforceable under applicable law.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Your use of Our Products and Services and any dispute arising out of such use is subject to the laws of North Carolina, United States. If You are accessing Our Products and Services from outside the United States, please be aware that Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where Our servers and central database are located.
By using Our Products and Services and providing information to Us, You consent to abide by the laws of North Carolina, United States, which might not be as comprehensive or protective as laws in the country where You live.
8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS OF USE
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use related to Our Products and Services at any time at Our discretion. When We do, We will revise the updated date at the top of this page. We will also notify You through the contact information You have provided. An updated version of these Terms will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revision unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of Our Products and Services after the effective date of the revised Terms of Use (or such other act specified at that time) will constitute Your consent to those changes.
9. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms of Use. Upon termination, Your right to use Our Products and Services will cease immediately.
10. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
These are the Terms of Use governing the use of the Company’s Products and Services, and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms set out the rights and obligations of all Users regarding the use of Products and Services.
Your access to and use of Products and Services is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all Users, visitors, and others who access or use The Company’s Products and Services. By accessing or using the Products and Services, You agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If You disagree with any part of these Terms, discontinue Your Use of the Products and Services immediately.
You represent that You are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use Products and Services.
Your access to and use of Products and Services is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with
